Our Suggestion Engine, trained on historical chat data, works in partnership with agents, providing real-time reply suggestions. Our AI learns from agent behaviours, increasing its accuracy through use. Ultimately, the most common questions will be fully automated, freeing agents to focus on the more complex cases.

As a member of our Sales team at ultimate.ai, you’re at the heart of our ambitious growth plans. You’ll be an integral part of the company from Day 1.
Putting bread on the table: you’ll be closing new clients, hopefully lots of them. To do this, you’ll be engaged in everything from 1) sourcing potential clients and identifying key decision makers; 2) cold calling, emailing and social selling; 3) booking and executing demos/meetings to communicate ultimate.ai’s value proposition; 4) tracking and reporting on pipeline progress to achieve and exceed individual and team targets; 5) negotiating and closing contracts
Keeping the bread on the table: what’s more important than winning clients? Keeping them. Our sales people work closely with our Customer Success team to 1) anticipate client needs, understanding their short- and long-term objectives; 2) seamlessly transition accounts from prospect to onboarding, pilot and client; 3) identify and execute on potential cross- and up-sell opportunities; 4) undertake strategic planning to improve results and forecast pipeline and revenue; 5) help keep clients happy and engaged
Having a deep understanding of bread: knowledge is power. To reach and exceed your targets, you’ll need to 1) know the customer service market and its key players inside-out; 2) know your clients/prospects like the back of your hand (what are their priorities? their timelines? their customers? what do they dream about?); 3) identify potential new target clients/markets/channels; 4) keep abreast of key events and technical advancements in the space; 5) ultimately help shape the vision of sales in our company
