For the 5th consecutive quarter, Ultimate has been named Leader in the Intelligent Virtual Assistants category on G2 and has won a record total of 11 badges.
We’re excited to share that Ultimate has been named Winter 2022 Leader in the intelligent virtual assistant (IVA) category on G2. This marks the fifth quarter in a row leading the pack of IVAs and virtual agents listed on the world’s largest tech marketplace. We’re so honoured to be in the top spot out of 93 IVA solutions, with 4.7 out of 5 stars.
These badges are awarded quarterly based on verified customer reviews and data aggregated from company profiles to calculate customer satisfaction and market presence. This is so exciting to us because it means real users are giving real feedback on our virtual agent platform — and they’re loving it.
